Durham Geography Teachers' Association

Environmental Education Ontario
EEON's final strategic plan for environmental education in Ontario was released in November is posted at www.eeon.org. You can download and print the summary version and all or parts of the full version. Following successful major strategic planning sessions in October 2002 and April 2003 along with online input from some 500 Ontarians from all sectors and from all parts of Ontario, sets of desired outcomes, needs, and strategies to improve environmental literacy within 17 identified audiences from preK-12 students and teachers, to business, to families, to Aboriginal Peoples have been identified.
